Face-to-face interviewing of potential candidates and the compilation of a summary profile, highlighting skills in line with the specification requirements.

Scheduling of interviews between the client and short-listed candidates.

We undertake the thorough and comprehensive reference checks.

On Clients’ request, a thorough assessment process, conducted by Vocplus’s associate psychologists.

Vocplus, if required will assist the client to formulate an offer of employment, which offer is then communicated to the preferred candidate by Vocplus.

Vocplus advises the client of the candidate’s acceptance of the offer of employment and assists the client to formulate a contract of employment and offer letter and this can include a job profile and performance agreement.

We undertake the arrangement of all documentation for ex-patriots as well as all work permits and visas for international candidates coming to work in South Africa.
